\u00a1Hi! I'm Paula,<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From a very young age, I\u2019ve felt a deep curiosity about how we think, feel, and behave. This led me to study Psychology and to specialise with a Master's in General Health Psychology. Today, being able to support people on their journey toward personal growth and emotional well-being is something I\u2019m truly passionate about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


We all go through difficult times, and having psychological support can help us overcome them and come out stronger, with more tools and resilience. But psychology isn\u2019t just for when things go wrong \u2014 it can also help us better understand ourselves, improve our relationships, and enhance our overall well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


That\u2019s why I offer individualised psychological support in Spanish or English, always tailored to your specific needs. We'll work from a cognitive-behavioural, evidence-based approach, focused on helping you understand what you\u2019re going through and create real, sustainable change.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
